Founders Associate Intern

Finto is looking for a Founders Associate Intern to work directly with the CEO and shape how the company operates and grows. The role involves working on daily business, driving GTM initiatives, owning recruiting operations, and building internal processes. The ideal candidate is a strong thinker who can get up to speed quickly, has high agency, and is genuinely ambitious.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Strong academic track record
• Exceptionally smart and structured thinker
• High agency and the ability to execute
• Genuinely ambitious and willing to take on more responsibility
• Clear communicator and comfortable working directly with founders in a high-speed environment
• Grit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes messy environment
