Job Description
Finto is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Munich, focused on building and optimizing AI-powered enterprise finance tools. The role involves building and enhancing automation tools, architecting performant solutions, and optimizing AI models for accuracy and usability. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of full-stack development experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and experience with AI models and APIs.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in full-stack development, ideally building AI-powered or enterprise-focused products.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills with experience in React and Next.js.
- Backend expertise in Node.js or comparable languages like Python or Go, with a focus on scalable APIs and AI-driven services.
- Hands-on experience with AI models and APIs
- A builder’s mindset - passionate about developer experience and how AI can enhance productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
