Job Description
Fíonta is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and execute Salesforce implementations for nonprofit and association clients. The consultant will be a key member of the Solution team, set technical strategy, guide implementation, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Responsibilities include technical leadership, project delivery, business development, and team development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce implementation projects
- Active Salesforce certifications (nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC), Nonprofit Success Pack Consultant (NPSP) - Min 2 certifications)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Proven track record working with nonprofit organizations or associations
