Head of Distribution Partnerships

Head of Distribution Partnerships role at Firecrawl, a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup. Responsible for building and owning the partner channel, creating a pipeline, running conversations, and driving integrations to launch. Must have 3+ years of experience in BD, partnerships, or outbound, or equivalent founder experience. Salary range $160,000–$200,000/year OTE. Up to 0.10% equity in the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BD, partnerships, or outbound, or equivalent founder experience
• Strong relationship instincts and ability to build trust with founders, product leaders, and GTM teams
• High agency and ability to spot gaps, propose solutions, and execute without waiting to be asked
• Clear and proactive communication skills
• Tools-and-leverage thinker with ability to learn fast and use tools/AI to multiply output
