Job Description
Firmo Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up, branded hotel projects in the Southeast and Texas. The role will manage new hospitality builds from active construction through closeout, overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Ground-up hospitality or multifamily project experience
- Proven success delivering projects on schedule and within budget, including closeout
