Vehicle Operations Specialist (Fishers, IN)

We are seeking a Vehicle Operations Specialist to join our team in Fishers, IN. This role will provide administrative support for customer transaction requests and manage the timely assignment of requests to the appropriate transactional queue. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to effectively utilize MS Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Experience with preforming inventory duties and data entry
• Strong computer navigation skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel creating spreadsheets, v-lookup and pivot table functions
• Excellent phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, partners and stakeholders
