The Personal Banker position is a mid-level role within the Retail Banking Department, providing professional customer service and sales professional who thoroughly understands First American Bank’s retail banking product and service offering.

Requirements

• Build and retain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers
• Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored sales presentations
• Identify and engage in sales conversations with customers
• Manage customer experience and ensure satisfactory service standards
• Perform daily personal banking tasks, including opening, maintaining, and closing deposit accounts
• Assist and educate customers on available servicing technology
• Participate in customer service phone queues
• Provide teller services and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Analyze and identify risks while conducting customer transactions
• Participate in internal audits and demonstrate understanding of internal bank policies and procedures
