As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead projects to build high-quality, sustainable software products and help design and implement our technical architecture, software, and tooling used to deliver and operate our core, mission-critical, AI platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Google Cloud Services, or Azure Cloud Services.
• Experience driving engineering best practices for high-functioning software engineering teams through effective use of tools and automation.
• Passion and expertise for building large-scale, back-end services and APIs using modern architectures.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern infrastructure operations.
• Ability to build robust, high-scale, generic, and reusable solutions.
• Ability to mentor and influence software engineers to share knowledge and improve quality.
• Familiarity with deployment and observability strategies that support continuous delivery and high availability in a cloud-native environment.
• Outcome-oriented approach using metrics and data to understand development productivity metrics.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship, collaborative, and organizational skills.
