TX Commercial Title Examiner (Remote)

Join First American's National Production Services division as a Commercial Title Examiner. This is a remote opportunity to analyze public records, verify ownership, and identify potential title issues for large-scale real estate transactions. As a Commercial Title Examiner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that transactions close smoothly and securely.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of directly related commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments
• Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, internet, property data platforms and the ability to learn company systems
• Excel at analyzing complex information and solving problems independently
• Highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and paperless environment
• Clear and professional communication with a customer service mindset
• A high school diploma or equivalent
