The Clinical Operations Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of all First Choice Community Health Centers medical and dental sites, under the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer. The role requires leadership and management skills, with a focus on performance management, compliance, and quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in clinical operations or a related field
• Certification in Six-Sigma, Lean, Business Process Improvement, or a related field
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes in the work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
