Job Description
The Medical Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for billing team leadership, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections for First Choice Community Health Center (FCCHC) providers. This role requires 50% time commitment to learn leadership responsibilities and process improvements, while supervising billing specialists to ensure data entry and compliance. The Manager should proactively seek to further develop billing process competencies and assist in implementation of process improvements.
