Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in any fast-paced environment (startups, fintech, consulting, operations, product — all welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions.
- Track record ownership — you take responsibility and drive projects to completion.
- Growth mindset — you’re eager to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
- Excellent communication skills — you can work across different teams and explain ideas clearly.
