Job Description
Performs daily loan and portfolio system maintenance, completes account activity review, and supports client questions related to loan accounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Proficient mathematics skills
- Knowledge of computer systems such as LaserPro, CIF, Word, Excel, Grow systems, mainframe, and Loan Prospector
- Moderate interpersonal relations
- Moderate typing skills
- Moderate report writing and analytical skills
- Supervisory skills sufficient to provide training
