Job Description
The Transaction Specialist - LIFT is responsible for various duties including loan document follow up, perfection of collateral, tracking collateral insurance policies, renewing liens, and managing escrow for hazard and flood insurance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience related to the duties
- Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- Proficient analytical skills
- Proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills
