Behavior Technician (BT)

Administers applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in accordance with the client’s treatment plan and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Active Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) status through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or other similar state registry where required by state or payor requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
• CPR certification
