Become a Commercial Loan Officer, VP at Oak Street Funding and originate loans in niche markets. Develop relationships and meet production levels by leveraging Oak Street's database and driving referrals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relationship-based client procurement and account management
- Excellent business acumen, strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to generate new business through consultative sales approach
- Experience reviewing credit applications, personal financial statements, credit reports, and business financial statements
- Strong PC skills and demonstrative sales and negotiations experience
- Understanding of various corporate structures and credit training, credit quality, and underwriting fundamentals
