Job Description
Become a part of our history as it continues to be written. Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction scenario planning. Manage the preparation of confidential information memoranda (CIMs), buyer lists, and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in corporate finance, investment banking practices, and valuation.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Effective client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize financial and market data into actionable recommendations.
