This role involves leading strategic account growth, service excellence, and long-term client partnership. Requirements
- Lead the strategic direction, development, and overall success of account(s)
- Develop and execute annual account plans, growth strategies, and client engagement initiatives
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic touchpoints to reinforce value and strengthen the client relationship
- Monitor client satisfaction trends and proactively address issues
- Oversee contract lifecycle management
- Support invoicing workflows and budget reconciliation
