As the Small Business Administration (SBA) Servicing Specialist I – General Servicing, you will work with system-related functions required to support the Small Business Lending departments servicing and processing operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in banking or financial services operations required
- A minimum of one year of experience in commercial/SBA lending preferred
- Working knowledge of PCFS – Loan Manager and nCino, preferred
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to use and navigate databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete work in a timely, efficient manner with impeccable accuracy
- Ability to master new skills and tasks quickly
