Job Description
The Small Business Lending Fellowship is a six-month program designed to develop future professionals within Small Business Lending. Fellows will gain hands-on exposure to core portfolio management and special assets functions while learning the skills necessary to transition into a professional-level position upon successful completion of the program.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on developing collaborative working relationships
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a structured rotational program
