Job Description
The Vice President, STL Financing Portfolio Manager will provide credit monitoring and administrative support to the bank's commercial real estate loan portfolio, working closely with the credit department to obtain formal credit approvals and conducting review and follow-up activities to maintain the general condition and quality of the portfolio. The role involves performing analysis, underwriting, and preparation of credit approval documents, overseeing loan servicing requirements, and monitoring delinquency reporting and loan maturities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of relevant banking or credit experience, a bachelor's degree in business or finance, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
