Job Description
The Retail Manager I is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving growth goals, operational efficiencies, and developing Financial Service Representatives in a branch with assets of less than $50MM. This is a producing position.
Requirements
- Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products
- Manages the effective use of customer relationship management software
- Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met
- Manages a branch, possibly two, in a market
- Manages the selection, placement, performance, development, promotion, and termination of branch employees
