Patient Relations Rep II - Front Desk

Conduct daily interactions with a positive organizational attitude and effectiveness, model the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values, and handle patient related activities such as scheduling, check-in, checkout, and follow up. Act as a liaison between physician, patient, facility, and insurance company, handle collections, and maintain confidentiality.
