Job Description
The Patient Relations Rep II - Front Desk will conduct daily interactions in a positive and effective manner, demonstrating a positive organizational attitude and modeling the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values. They will be responsible for patient-related activities, including scheduling, check-in, checkout, and follow-up activities, and will act as a liaison between the physician, patient, facility, and insurance company.
