Job Description
We are seeking Quality Technicians for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA. As a Quality Technician, you will perform audits, enter test data, follow hold procedures, complete paperwork, and be an active and productive member of the Quality Assurance team.
Requirements
- Perform audits in a timely manner
- Enter test data and inspection data into computer software accurately
- Follow hold procedures for products not acceptable for shipment
- Complete paperwork as required
- Walk and stand for a 12 hour period
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb
- Keep your work area clean and orderly
- Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time
- Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more
- Communicate problems to leaders and production personnel, as required
- Perform basic math, such as calculated area and perimeter of a square, converting percent to decimal, and converting decimal to percent
