HR Specialist (Hiring & Onboarding)

The HR Specialist (Hiring & Onboarding) role is responsible for managing and executing the Applicant Tracking System, internship program, and optimizing the HRIS to ensure efficient and consistent HR operations. This role plays a key part in the candidate experience by supporting managers through the hiring process, ensuring both compliance and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing or administering an ATS is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to represent the organization professionally with candidates, university partners, and stakeholders
