Part-Time Video Teller

The Video Teller will provide video teller assistance to customers, process transactions, and enhance the customer experience through exceptional service and professionalism. This role involves facilitating the ITM experience, processing transactions, and adhering to bank policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Data entry, sales, customer service or other financial service provider experience preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal, service, and communication skills
• High proficiency in computer systems/software applications
• Excellent listening skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
