Personal Banker-Sikeston

Conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank. Handle both routine and the more complex customer inquiries and problems and maintain favorable customer and employee relations by performing the duties described below. Open new accounts and perform related responsibilities associated with the customer service functions of the Bank.

Requirements

• Follow customer service procedures to ensure they are met to the highest standard consistently by providing professional, pleasant greetings, making eye contact, smiling and addressing the customer by name.
• Process checking and savings account transactions; mortgage, consumer and commercial loan payments and payoffs.
• Exercise discretion, judgment, and initiative regarding transaction problems and inquiries.
