Loan Officer position seeking a motivated individual with a positive outlook and strong work ethic to connect people to loan solutions and provide financial advice and expertise.
Requirements
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key partners in the community
- Provide prompt, courteous attention to all customers to meet their financial needs
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and against time deadlines
- Keen attention to detail as it relates to loan applications, loan processing, new regulations, bank policies and procedures
- Proactive communication with account holders with loans in arrears
- Understand all compliance aspects of lending HMDA, RESPA, Fair Lending, Reg B, Reg O, Flood Determination, Reg Z, CRA, etc.
- Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem-solving, analysis, and time management
- Keep up with all compliance aspects of banking BSA, Privacy, OFAC, Security, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg E, Patriot Act, etc.
