Job Description
The Consumer Loan Processor conducts loan processing functions including document collection, auditing, and quality assurance. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, financial services, or similar
- Familiarity with loan calculators
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Knowledge of lending practices and industry standards
