Job Description
The Relationship Manager will generate and manage loan and deposit portfolios across consumer, Corporate & Industrial (C&I), and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sectors. This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with bank policies. The RM will focus on building client relationships and providing a range of financial services.
Requirements
- Manage an active portfolio of consumer, C&I, and CRE loan relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals in deposits, loans, revenue growth, profitability, and client acquisition.
- Provide consultative guidance to Relationship Managers and Market Presidents.
- Manage the full loan process, including administrative duties and approvals.
- Demonstrate product knowledge of deposits, loans, Treasury Management services, Capital Markets, and economics.
