Job Description
This role within a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team focuses on defining and implementing a quality assurance strategy, ensuring software deliverables meet high standards, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The role involves leading a QA team, establishing best practices, automating testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The team will also drive automation, improve product quality, and manage software quality risks.
Requirements
- Define and drive the overall quality assurance strategy
- Oversee requirement clarifications, acceptance criteria, and test coverage
- Supervise test execution across all levels
- Track and report key QA metrics
- Lead API testing, SIT coordination, and post-implementation validation
