Job Description
The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate position is open for full-time hires in the pawn store locations nationwide. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing sales, and loan transactions. Successful candidates will be part of a team contributing to a positive customer experience and potentially earning a commission on transactions.
Requirements
- Must be willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented.
