FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join their team, which includes an entry-level position at the Pawnbroker location. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on sales, with options for vacation time, paid sick time, and an unlimited commission program. This is a role requiring customer service, sales, and retail skills.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties and tasks for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Computer literate and able to operate Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems and common office machines.
