Solutions Consultant

Firsthand is looking for a Solutions Consultant to help drive growth and success by bridging the gap between their cutting-edge AI technology solution and clients' business needs. The role involves solution design and implementation, technical integration, AI experimentation, project management, and strategic consultancy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated excellence in a similar role and tech company operating environment, ideally including adtech or martech experience.
• Ability to immerse in the inner workings of complex and innovative new technology like AI and rapidly become a subject matter expert.
• Passion for innovation and helping to define the future of media, marketing, and AI.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, including with clients, product management and engineering teams, and C-level executive audiences.
• Highly organized self-starter with the skills and zeal to take accountability for and leadership of multiple projects and competing priorities.
