Bilingual Patient Financial Advocate

We are seeking a Bilingual Patient Financial Advocate to join our team. The Patient Financial Advocate is responsible for screening patients on-site at hospitals for eligibility assistance programs. The ideal candidate will be bilingual with English and Spanish and have 1-3 years of experience in medical coding, medical billing, eligibility, or other pertinent medical experience.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual with English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years' experience of medical coding, medical billing, eligibility (hospital or government) or other pertinent medical experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must have basic computer skills
