Job Description
We are looking for a System Support Analyst II to strengthen our team in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will have experience in batch job processing, UNIX/LINUX, and ITIL framework. Good communication and team skills are also required.
Requirements
- Completed education in the IT sector or professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in batch job processing (used tool = UC4 / Automic)
- Experience in the use of UNIX / LINUX on shell level
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Experience in the financial and / or banking sector is an advantage
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Team skills
- Enjoyment of new challenges and the analysis of problems
