Job Description
Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, seeking a Principal Cloud Engineer (AWS) to design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud landing zones. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, and production support, with expertise in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Requirements
- Design and develop automated solutions for cloud-based infrastructure and controls
- Create scripts and code to provision, configure, and manage cloud resources and guardrails
- Collaborate with Cyber security and compliance teams to implement security controls and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Lead complex initiatives, issues, and projects to improve the cloud platform by working with multiple cross-functional teams
- Work closely with application development teams and influence improvements related to performance, architecture, design, and resiliency
- Coach and mentor technical colleagues on best practices in the public cloud
- Recommend strategies for improving the process, monitoring, and alerting of Cloud infrastructure environments
- Provision cloud resources via Infrastructure as a Code tools like Cloud Formation or Hashicorp Terraform
