Job Description
Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, and we're looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to help build technology responsible for our core services with a focus in the AWS Cloud ecosystem. The role involves providing hands-on support for existing environments, managing and upgrading Amazon EKS clusters, and implementing tools and automation for build, configuration management, continuous integration, deployment, and application monitoring.
Requirements
- Experience with tech stack in AWS: Elastic Kubernetes, ElastiCache, KMS, EC2, AutoScaling, Load Balancers
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Able to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team in an on-call rotation environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement
