Senior CI/CD Cloud Engineer

We're Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, and we move money and information in a way that moves the world. We're seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes using infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Write and manage configuration files in YAML; automate tasks and scripts using Bash and PowerShell.
• Deploy, configure, and administer cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Kubernetes (K8s) and/or Docker.
• Utilize version control and collaboration tools such as GitHub and implement automation with GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure best practices are followed.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, document processes, architectures, and runbooks for operational excellence.
