Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and courteous demeanor
- Proven ability to be proactive, take initiative, and solve problems independently
