Senior Director, Group Strategy

Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy to join their London office, reporting to the Global Head of Strategy. The role requires strong strategic judgment and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-business environment.

Requirements

• 10-12 years (or 6-8 years post-MBA) of experience in corporate strategy or strategy consulting
• Strategic mindset with ability to structure complex problems, identify key implications, and deliver clear recommendations to senior audiences
• Familiar with key strategy frameworks and their applications
• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts, comfort working with emerging tools, and strong curiosity to explore how they can improve processes and drive efficiency
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey information clearly and concisely
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, operate with autonomy, and navigate ambiguity
• Self-directed and responsive, able to produce high-quality work, and adjust priorities as business needs shift
• Presence, maturity, and sound judgment to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels and represent Group Strategy across the enterprise
