Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Director- Tribe Lead / Group Product Manager to lead AI & Innovation teams in Toronto, ON, CA. The ideal candidate has strategic AI product leadership experience, a passion for driving innovation, and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management
• At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams
• Experience scaling AI/ML products from POC to launch
• Strong Agile practitioner with Agile certification
• Proven track record of strategic planning and delivering workflow solutions at scale
• Proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
