Fitch is seeking an Associate Director to lead coverage analysis of the Retail & Consumer sector. The role involves performing analysis, developing financial models, and presenting to internal credit rating committees. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sector, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree at minimum
• MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• CFA/CPA preferred
• 4+ years relevant experience in Retail & Consumer sectors
• Capital markets and/or credit analysis experience a plus
• Employee management experience a plus
• Expertise in Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
