Machine Operator

Fitesa is seeking a Melt Blown Machine Operator to join their Rapidly Growing team in High Point, NC. This is a night shift position (7:15 PM-7:30 AM, 3 days/3 days off) responsible for the set-up and operation of the melt blown production line, adhering to customer specifications and following safety guidelines. The role requires regular maintenance and repair of equipment.

Requirements

• Responsible for set-up and preparation of melt blown line according to product specifications.
• Makes necessary equipment adjustments as required to meet quality standards and production levels.
• Regularly patrols line for off-standard conditions.
• Records process information on audit sheets and reports.
