Shift Manager

The Shift Manager is responsible for the on-time execution of the production schedule, performance reporting, and operational issues within a shift. They oversee daily production meetings, coordinate maintenance activities, and coach production employees. Safety, quality, and productivity KPIs must be met and maintained. This role requires strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
