Job Description
Five Iron is seeking a Golf Experience Associate to guide guests through their golf experience and ensure they have a great time at the golf course. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, handling golf simulator technology, maintaining a clean facility, and assisting with closing duties. The company focuses on innovation, inclusivity, and community.
Requirements
- Golf, Sales, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient verbal communication skills
- Must obtain proper licensing/certifications for food/beverage handling
