TAY Supportive Services Case Manager (Bilingual)

The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Supportive Services Case Manager (Bilingual) is responsible for providing housing-focused case management services in English and/or Spanish to San Francisco clients (ages 18–27) who receive rapid rehousing rental assistance through the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing and other City departments. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting youth as they transition out of homelessness, helping them build the skills and stability needed for long-term self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of five years experience in providing direct service to a similar population
• Typically requires 2-3 years of successful experience working with the homeless and young adult population
• Experience successfully working with people representative of Five Keys students preferred
• Experience with unhoused population prefered
• Experience providing social services in English and Spanish required
