Job Description
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee nursing care in a facility. The LPN will provide care to ill, injured, or convalescing residents, evaluate needs, and make appropriate interventions. Supervision may be provided by a Registered Nurse under delegation.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience performing the essential functions of the position (desired).
- Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- CPR certification (within 90 days of hire).
- State background check.
- First aid training (within 60 days of hire).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
