Job Description
Five9 is seeking a strong and energetic Technical Project Manager to lead and inspire a team of 2-4 implementation engineers through the product implementation lifecycle. The role involves managing customer deployments, communicating project updates, and maintaining customer relationships. The position offers a hybrid work model (work from home) with occasional onsite work.
Requirements
- Manage project implementation for customers (discovery & design)
- Lead and inspire a project team (implementation engineers)
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks
- Communicate project progress and status
- Maintain customer relationship after project completion
- Experience working as part of a remote project team
